4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide exceptional romantic experiences, please understand that:

• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or emotional responses from your romantic partner
• Weather conditions may affect outdoor arrangements, and alternative arrangements may be necessary
• Availability of specific venues, services, or items is subject to change
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with these terms
• Service quality depends on factors sometimes beyond our control, including third-party vendors
• We may need to make reasonable substitutions or adjustments to arrangements when necessary

5. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to secure most bookings. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: no refund
• Date-Selection.com reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Date-Selection.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Date-Selection.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Date-Selection.com and is protected by international copyright laws.
